Questions about StructureIQ
Can event companies collect money on their own payment gateway?
Yes. Pay links for client instalments, ticket sales and refunds run through the event company's own Cashfree account, so the money settles to your own bank account. Greenex never holds client money.
Who can use the events pack?
It is switched on for companies whose business profile is Events & Experiences, and for other companies by Greenex on request. It runs on the same books, GST and approvals as the rest of StructureIQ.
What happens to guest data after an event?
Guest data is deleted after the event. ID documents are collected only with the guest's consent, and every view of them is logged.
We are traders, not a project company. Does purchase still need a project?
No. You can raise a requisition, RFQ and purchase order for stock without a project, receive the goods into a godown, and sell through sales orders and delivery challans. Stock is valued at weighted average cost and checked against the books.
Can schools collect fees on their own gateway?
Yes. Fee pay links run through the institution's own payment gateway account, set up for each campus, and every payment gives a numbered receipt posted to the books. Counter collections in cash, bank transfer, UPI and cheque are recorded too.

Is there a limit on the number of users?
No. Both StructurePAY plans include unlimited users at no extra cost: pricing is per company, not per seat.
What's the difference between Starter and Enterprise?
Starter covers the full approval workflow, document handling and reporting. Enterprise adds direct bank file generation (HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Canara, Kotak), bulk beneficiary import and the mobile app.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes, you can switch at your next billing cycle. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free compared to paying monthly.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Enterprise later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are billed the prorated difference for the rest of your current cycle.
How is StructurePAY different from StructureIQ?
StructurePAY covers payment approvals and bank files only. StructureIQ is the full platform (books, GST and TDS, purchase, projects and payroll) with approvals on WhatsApp, priced from ₹15,000 a month with a 14-day free trial.
Is my payment and banking data secure?
Yes. Approval and bank data stay inside your own company's isolated workspace, with role-based access control at every approval level.
